Surrounded by the magnificent Santa Rosa Mountains, the La Quinta Tennis Villas is a 48 unit homeowners association located adjacent to the world renowned La Quinta Resort & Club, a Waldorf Astoria Resort.
The Villas offer a very unique vacation experience of owning a private residence, while being so close to the amenities and energy of a world class resort. The Villas are steps away from the La Quinta Resort's 23 tennis courts, 41 pools, 2 championship golf courses, fabulous day spa, shopping, car rental, concierge, gourmet restaurants as well as evening entertainment under the stars. There are also two private pools for the exclusive use of Villa owners, both recently renovated. Hiking, biking, polo matches, art shows, local theater, galleries, shopping and an incredible variety of gourmet dining are all part of the experience of La Quinta and surrounding Coachella Valley.
Originally built in 1984, the LQTVs homeowner association continues to actively maintain its grounds and common areas. This web site exists to help owners of the LQTVs get involved and stay informed about their HOA. There are also a number of useful links to help owners and visitors alike enjoy the fabulous community that the Tennis Villas and the City of La Quinta offer.
